Senior Captain and Quarterback Alex Wilson led the charge, scoring two touchdowns, including an impressive 65-yard rushing touchdown. Though the loss stings, the Ghosts remain determined to bounce back and are focused on their next matchup against Belmont this Friday.
In an interview with Senior Captain and WR/LB Quinn Reynolds, he emphasized the strong camaraderie within the team, even in challenging moments. "You build a brotherhood when you play the sport. That’s the most important part of playing the game," Reynolds shared. He also expressed optimism for the season, highlighting that encouragement and success are key parts of the team's culture. Instead of viewing the game against Billerica as a defeat, the Ghosts will use it as a lesson and make improvements in the upcoming games.
This Friday, the Ghosts will host Belmont at 7 p.m., with the student section theme being a “White-Out.” The team hopes for an even more energetic crowd, as the support from the stands helps boost morale and foster a positive game atmosphere.
